how to hire

How do I hire something?

Simply call one of our convenient locations in Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney and one of our friendly staff will check the price and availability of the items you require.

What do I need to bring to hire something?

  1. 1 x Photo ID eg; Drivers License, Passport, Student or Concession Card.
  2. 2 x Rates or Utilities statement / invoice / bill / notice eg; Gas, Water, Council Rates showing residential address.
  3. 1 x Current Credit Card - required for imprinting for security.
Note; We require a minimum of 2 types of documentation confirming residential address and may ask for more if required. A digital photo of customer collecting the goods will be taken and kept on file.

What paperwork is involved?

Upon arrival at one of our hire divisions you will need to fill out a hire contract, clearly stating our terms and conditions. A digital photo will be taken for security purposes. This will only take a few minutes and you will be quickly on your way.

What type of payment can I use?

Payment is required in full prior to the hire. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Eftpos, Credit cards and Amex. Please note: cheques are not accepted.
