AP4 Pickup System.The AP4 Pickup system is similar in concept to the AP5, although simplified to compliment the 225 series of guitar. The basic differences of the AP4 to the AP5 are a fixed frequency mid control, and a slight decrease in top end clarity. All Maton acoustic guitars are strung with Elixir Ultra-Thin NANOWEB™ coated light gauge strings ( 0.012 - 0.053 ). The use of Elixir Strings ensures that each Maton Guitar will perform to its maximum potential. Maton Acoustic Guitars are fitted with Grover Machine Heads.
