|Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed by telephone or online at www.allansbillyhyde.com.au. Acceptance of orders is entirely at the discretion of Allans Billy Hyde. Orders are not accepted by Allans Billy Hyde until we provide you with an email confirmation of your order.
In order for Allans Billy Hyde to provide our Customers with prompt service; we request that you provide us with your correct contact details at all times when placing orders, or when contacting Allans Billy Hyde Online and Allans Billy Hyde Stores.
Prices and Payment
The prices and products advertised on this site are for sales from this website only. Prices and product availability may vary between Allans Billy Hyde retail stores and this website due to our different customer offers.
Allansbillyhyde.com.au may also offer exclusive online prices, products and promotions that are not available in our stores.
Unless otherwise specified, all of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
We include FREE FREIGHT for all orders over $45 but do not include tuning, delivery and transit insurance for acoustic pianos, large home digital pianos and PA Sub Woofers. The delivery surcharge for the transit of pianos, large home digital pianos and PA Sub Woofers will be shown separately at the checkout before orders are placed and the freight value will be displayed as “TBA”. In these instances you will be contacted by an Allans Billy Hyde representative within two (2) working days, providing you with a freight quotation. Until this quotation is agreed by you, you are under no obligation to continue with your order, and a full refund for any monies already paid for the ordered product will be given if you do not wish to continue with your order.
All orders $45 AND under are delivered for a small flat fee of $10.
FREE FREIGHT only applies for orders placed online through our website and does not apply when shopping at any of our store locations throughout Australia.
Orders can only be accepted where only an Australian mainland or Tasmanian Mainland State Isle address is given for delivery. Except for print orders and small items such as strings, cables or accessories which we are able to fit in an available letter or PO BOX, we require someone to be present at the place of delivery to confirm delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address. Should an Order be returned to us for the reason that the delivery address supplied by the Customer was incorrect or needs to be re-directed at the Customers request, the Fees to re-deliver the Order will be passed on to the Customer. If you do not agree with the incurred fees for the re-delivery you may cancel your order however the incurred fees for the return of the product to us will be deducted from your refund.
Full payment is required for all orders, including orders for products that Allans Billy Hyde needs to order from suppliers must be made at the time the order is placed.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. Additional processing time is required for Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deposit. PLEASE NOTE that when placing an order using either VISA or Mastercard, your credit card will not be charged immediately but charged just prior to the despatch of your order.
Availability and Delivery
All products displayed on the Allans Billy Hyde website are generally in stock and available to ship to the customer within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment, and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days or more depending on your location within Australia, except when:
• products are labeled with "Low Stock" or “Please Call 1300 ALLANS to confirm availability” whereby an Allans Billy Hyde Sales Consultant will contact you to confirm the condition and availability of the product(s).
Please note that when certain products may need to be ordered from suppliers, delays may occur depending upon availability from suppliers. This may, on occasions include products that are currently ranged as part of Allans Billy Hyde's core store offer, where current stocks are exhausted.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers in a timely way and, for orders which will not be available to ship within days, we will contact you following receipt of your order and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Allans Billy Hyde recommends that you contact our online sales team on 1300 ALLANS before placing your order to ensure that you clearly understand the likely delivery time for your order. Please note, however, that because we are reliant on suppliers and freight companies, we cannot guarantee delivery times even where we have provided an estimate.
We are unable to call you prior to a delivery however we will endeavour to provide you with, when available, a consignment number or Parcel Post details so that you can track the progress of your order.
Where more than one item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously. There will be no additional freight charge to you in this instance unless your items are sent separately at your request.
When Placing an Order with Multiple Items, Allans Billy Hyde reserve the Right to Part Supply any part of the order if some products are unavailable or if the full quantity of products ordered are also not available.
All Orders are processed by 10.am Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 10.00 am are usually processed the next available business day.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Allans Billy Hyde. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of the non-availability.
Allans Billy Hyde ships goods to mainland Australia and Tasmania only, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.
When choosing the Option to collect your order from your nearest store, please be aware that the products you have ordered may or may not be available from your store of choice. If the items ordered are “In Stock” at your Nominated Store, you will be sent a confirmation that the order is “Now ready for Pick up” and a copy of the Invoice will also be sent as proof of purchase.
We ask you to take a copy of this Invoice to the store on collection of your order with valid ID. Without a copy of your Invoice your Order will not be released.
However, should your order be despatched from another store location, you will also be notified of this along with a copy of your Invoice. As soon as your order arrives at your “Nominated Store”you will be contacted to confirm that your order is ready for Pick Up.
We are unable to advise delivery times or call prior to a delivery however we will endeavour to provide you with, when available, a consignment number or Parcel Post details so that you can track the progress of your order. We ship most orders with Star Track Express to a home or business address. If when placing an order and the recipient requests that the item be delivered without a signature, a note authorizing delivery must be left for the Courier at the place of delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the given address. All Online Deliveries are Made Monday to Friday Only.
Upon request, we will ship Print Music to a PO Box via Australia Post. If you do not receive your order within 3-7 business days of receiving an order confirmation from us, please contact us with your ABH order number.
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please call 1300 ALLANS for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Allans Billy Hyde provides no separate warranty.
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, Allans Billy Hyde does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information on this website and will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, pictures or descriptions. Pictures of products are for illustration only and actual product may differ for the picture shown. Products represented on this site are not always in stock. All item descriptions, images, product logos, availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any purchase decisions are based on current information by contacting the online team on 1300 ALLANS or email firstname.lastname@example.org
You are entitled to a refund or repair or exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
• significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
• not doing what they are supposed to do.
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don't automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You may take advantage of the Refunds Policy by visiting one of our stores or returning the goods by delivery (in which event we will reimburse you the delivery costs).
